


Everytime I go into that location I am always greeted bye a smiling face. That is a rare thing these days. My last trip was the most wonderful...my sales rep (MATTHEW) was so willing to help me & my family. We came into the store just to pay on our bill. Matthew kindly offered to help me at his station. He was so pleasant to deal with, matthew ask if he could look to see if he could save us some money on our bill. I was floored that a sales person would even ask that. But to my suprise he found a way to cut my bill down $15.00 per month. I know letters like this don't always get the attention it should. Matthew took time out of his busy day to help ME...that was old fashion customer service. Let me be the 1st to say he is the reason I will be doing buisness with at&t for years to come.
